Outing

Now that the third runway is back on the political agenda we will go and view the potential local damage to an urban village, country park and the Harmondsworth Great Barn (which is open occasional Sundays). We will travel to West Drayton (via Paddington) and walk around 3 miles in total.

The Langdon Down Museum of Learning Disability,  was the home and institution developed by the Victorian physician Dr John Langdon Down and his family where a revolutionary and enlightened approach was developed for the care of people with learning disabilities.
