March Meeting: Society AGM and talk on Madagascar
Thursday March 9, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The Society AGM will be held from 7.30pm; after the AGM there will be a break for refreshments to be followed by a talk by John Gimlette at around 8.15pm. Non members welcome to attend the talk.
John will speak on ‘The Gardens of Mars: Madagascar, an Island story’. taking us on a journey – both contemporary and historical – amongst the fantastical landscapes, beguiling creatures and isolated tribes of the world’s fourth largest island, Madagascar.
