Caractacus – The first British Hero. As part of the Wandsworth Heritage Festival, local resident Andrew Neill will explore the way this little known figure in our history has been portrayed and celebrated.

Andrew is a member of the Advisory Council of The London Philharmonic Orchestra and a former member of the Council of the Royal Philharmonic Society. He has also been Chairman of various musical organisations, including the Elgar and Richard Strauss Societies.
