September Meeting

We are joining with the Vicar and congregation of St Anne’s in their celebration of the 200 year anniversary of this landmark Waterloo Church designed by Sir Robert Smirke. Gill Hedley author of Free Seats for All, a history of the philanthropy behind the boom in church building post-Waterloo will speak on the history of churches. She will be followed by a talk by Jodie Edwards (architect responsible for modernsation of this church).
