The renovation of Fulham Palace and its garden. Alexis Haslam,  Fulham Palace's Community Archaeologist, will give us an illustrated  talk on the restoration project - which is curently underway - and the discoveries that have been made.

Why are 'ULEZ' and other changes needed? How will they be achieved, with what implications for residents? Our principal speaker will be Leonie Cooper, London Assembly member for Merton and Wandsworth, who had a key role in developing the Mayor of London's plans. Presentation by Nina Kowalska of Southfield's Green the Grid initiative. This began in Spring 2018 with the aim of encouraging residents to make their local streets visually greener, more friendly to wildlife, and to improve air quality and help prevent flooding. The aim is to help Southfields to become London’s first Front Garden Friendly Neighbourhood.  

Our speaker will be Tim Kidd, a City of London Blue Badge guide, from the charity Huguenots of Spitalfields whose remit is education and heritage, to communicate Huguenot culture and their achievements.
