Walk & Visit: Before the third runway

Now that the third runway is back on the political agenda we will go and view the potential local damage to an urban village, country park and the Harmondsworth Great Barn (which is open occasional Sundays). We will travel to West Drayton (via Paddington) and walk around 3 miles in total.

To be held on 7th December at St Anne's Church Hall. Our musical entertainers this year will be Chris Beaumont on the xylophone and glockenspiel, accompanied by Derek Carden on the piano  who offer music for all ears and all ages. Chris used to be  accompanied by the late Patrick Moore (of Sky at Night fame) ... they come to us highly recommended and this will be serious musical fun of a sort that Society members are likely to enjoy.…
